About the service
We aim to keep compliance costs as low as possible for our clients – this is part of our service. Preparing, submitting and updating notifications for a range of e-liquids can be costly especially if notification duties are outsourced to a third party. Every time a new product is launched you pay for their time to prepare and submit. Every time a product changes and the notification is updated you pay service fees. With our service we will work with you to get control of the notifications and train your staff to prepare, submit and update notifications so you are not tied to using third parties.
How the service works
Gather information: Collect all the notification information you have on your products including EC-ID’s (notification product codes), submitter’s company name and any background information that you think may be useful.
Discuss: Under a non-disclosure agreement, discuss your situation with one of our team.
Advise: We shall inform you how best to proceed to enable you to take control of your existing notifications. In some cases, where it is not possible to manage your previously submitted notifications, we shall advise on the best strategy to submit future notifications under your control.
