Since 1st January 2021, the UK is no longer an EU member state and, generally, EU rules no longer apply.
So what rules apply after 1st January 2021? The UK has largely adopted the same regulatory framework it had before it left. So regulations have not changed that much – but what has changed is the way in which data, i.e., technical dossiers, are submitted to the UK authority, along with legal entities such as Responsible Person.
