What are the vape laws in Belgium?
Belgium vape regulation is laid down in the Royal Decree of 28 October 2016 transposed from EU Tobacco Products Directive 2014/40/EU.

The authority responsible for regulating vapes in Belgium is the Federal Public Service for Public Health.
Are disposable vapes banned in Belgium?
Disposable vapes in Belgium are banned from 1st January 2025. Pre-filled cartridges and pods are not part of the ban. This has been confirmed by the authority.
Are nicotine-free vapes notifiable in Belgium?
Nicotine-free vape products are required to be notified via the EU TPD portal.
Are cross-border sales allowed in Belgium?
Cross-border sales in Belgium are not permitted. Internet sales are prohibited.
Is there a registration scheme in Belgium?
Retailers are required to register before marketing (TBC).
