Here you will learn the vape laws in Belgium. Generally, vape laws in Belgium are as per the overarching TPD rules except in the following areas. All EU markets are required to notify vape products but some market are not required to notify nicotine-free products (see section below).

Belgium vape regulation is laid down in the Royal Decree of 28 October 2016 transposed from EU Tobacco Products Directive 2014/40/EU.
The authority responsible for regulating vapes in Belgium is the Federal Public Service for Public Health.
Disposable vapes in Belgium are banned from 1st January 2025. Pre-filled cartridges and pods are not part of the ban. This has been confirmed by the authority.
Nicotine-free vape products are required to be notified via the EU TPD portal.
Cross-border sales in Belgium are not permitted. Internet sales are prohibited.
Retailers are required to register before marketing (TBC).
