Learn the country-specific vape laws in Czech Republic. Generally, vape laws in Czech R. are as per the overarching TPD rules except in the following areas. All EU markets are required to notify vape products but some market are not required to notify nicotine-free products (see section below).

Czech Republic vape regulation is laid down in Decree No. 37/2017 on Electronic Cigarettes, Refill Containers and Herbal Products for Smoking transposed from EU Tobacco Products Directive 2014/40/EU.
The authority responsible for regulating vapes in Czech Republic is the Ministry of Health.
Nicotine-free vape products are required to be notified via the EU TPD portal.
Cross-border sales in Czech Republic are permitted (TBC).
Retailers are required to register with the Ministry of Health.
To our knowledge there are no specific lab testing requirements in Czech Republic.
There is no notification fee in Czech Republic.
