About the service

• Receive email support to help you gather the right information for your submission
• Get your questions answered on technical documentation
• A simple one-off payment that is refunded by way of a discounted CPSR fee.

How does it work?

1) Respond to this email informing you would like to use the CPSR support service

2) Make payment using the Paypal, debit, credit card link you receive.

3) We shall confirm receipt of payment get back to you with support

4) At the end of the process, you will receive a discounted CPSR price (to the value of the support fee)

How much does it cost?

Fee: £45 excluding VAT (£54 including VAT)

Terms & Limitations

1. Support relates solely to the document requirements of the CPSR not to the safety of a cosmetic
2. Reasonable support is provided. Communications are solely via email and time limited at the discretion of Medic Pro Limited.
3. Refunds: Full fee is refunded via a reduced CPSR fee of the same value. Refund shall be time limited to 2 months from the date at which CPSR support is purchased. No refund if CPSR service is not purchased.
