The Legal basis

What you’ll need to provide:

The following information is required:

1. Your cosmetic safety assessment (CPSR)
2. Is company the Manufacturer, Distributor, Importer?
3. Name and e-mail of physical ‘Contact’ person in the your company.
4. Category: a ‘single component product’ e.g. a single jar of moisturising cream, a single bottle of shampoo OR a ‘multi-component product’, e.g. product composed of several components not marketed separately. Examples: hair dye sets, skin peeling kits, etc.
5. Presence of Nanomaterial in product(s).

Price

The price of the CPNP services depends upon the level of support required. For assistance in preparation and submission we charge an hourly rate.
