Here’s a snapshot of what you need to know about selling vapes in Croatia:
Croatia vape regulation is laid down in the FMCG Act and Act on the Restriction of the Use of Tobacco and Related Products transposed from EU Tobacco Products Directive 2014/40/EU.
The authority responsible for regulating vapes in Croatia is the Ministry of Health.
Nicotine-free vape products are not required to be notified via the EU TPD portal but the authorities accept nicotine-free notifications.
Cross-border sales in Croatia are permitted.
Retailers are required to register with the authority.
There are no specific lab testing requirements.
There is no notification fee in Croatia.
